Order Cancellation

If you discover quality defects within 60 days of putting the product into operation, you can:

• Request a refund: A €29 processing fee applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
• Request a replacement item: We will send you a new item or an equivalent product free of charge. This option is available once only.

After 60 days

Refunds or returns are no longer possible after the 60-day period has expired.
