If you would like to cancel your order, please note:
Order Cancellation
- (a) Within 12 hours of placing the order (provided the goods have not yet been shipped): Cancellation is possible. A transaction fee of 5% of the order value will be charged to cover payment fees (banks and payment service providers).
- (b) More than 12 hours after placing the order (provided the goods have not yet been shipped): Cancellation is possible. A transaction fee of 15% of the order value will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.
- (c) After the goods have been shipped: Cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Product not received: Full refund, or alternatively, reshipment if you are willing to wait.
- Incorrect item received: Please send us photos of the item received. We will issue a refund or ship the correct item free of charge.
- Damaged product received: For damage during transport, please file a claim with the shipping provider—we will assist you. If the issue is a manufacturing defect, send us photos or videos, and we will issue a refund or provide a free replacement.

Refunds or Returns for Quality Issues (within 60 days)
If you discover quality defects within 60 days of putting the product into operation, you can:
- Request a refund: A €29 processing fee applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement item: We will send you a new item or an equivalent product free of charge. This option is available once only.
After 60 days
Refunds or returns are no longer possible after the 60-day period has expired.
Note for torso masturbators: For the best user experience, we recommend purchasing a new item after 60 days.
